Title, author names, subheadings (e.g., Introduction), and keywords do not count toward the word limit.
Abstracts should not include references (but references are required for the full presentation).
Avoid including the names of hospitals, cities, or locations to maintain anonymity during the review process.
Abstract Formatting Guidelines:
Use Times New Roman, font size 12, with 1.15 line spacing and left alignment.
List authors and coordinators on separate lines in the order: Name Surname.
Affiliation numbers should appear as exponents after each name, with affiliations in italic. Example below.
For medical students, include only the faculty and university; for faculty members, include the discipline, department, faculty, and university. If a Coordinator also works in a medical facility, both affiliations should be listed.
Do not include academic titles (e.g., MD or Prof. Dr.) in author names.
Use the subheadings (Introduction, Materials and Methods, etc.) followed by the relevant content on the next line.
Titles and subheadings should be bold, but not in all caps.
Keywords should appear on the same line as the subheading, separated by commas, and start with a capital letter.
